This Return and Refund Policy applies to all products purchased on YUPBE.com, including those sold and shipped by YUPBE or fulfilled by authorized Marketplace Sellers.
Before initiating a return, customers must first contact YUPBE Support at support@yupbe.com for assistance with setup, troubleshooting, and configuration issues.
Items must be in original packaging and free from modification, misuse, or damage. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Returns are accepted within 15, 30, or 90 days depending on the product category. Holiday purchases qualify for return until January 31, 2026.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method. Refunds cannot be converted to cash. Customers may request store credit, voucher, or replacement of equal or lesser value.
Any attempt to modify, overclock, jailbreak, or use unofficial software will void the warranty and render the product ineligible for return or refund.
If YUPBE suspects AML violations, the account will be suspended pending investigation. Refunds will only be issued if the customer is proven compliant.
YUPBE complies with the UAE Data Privacy Act and will never share or disclose customer data unless required by law or government authorities.
